HOW, WHEN, & WHY

how: after a shower or bath, start with a small quarter sized amount, warm in between your hands, & massage the butter into your skin from the toes on up. it can also be used in a smaller amount when any part of your body is extra dry.

when (for moisture): especially recommended during winter months, when living or vacationing in a dry climate, or if you are prone to dry skin. this also contains a natural but small amount of SPF, so it can be used at the beach or while out in the sun. the mica shimmer blend adds a natural glow & shine to your skin.

when (with intention): when you are feeling drawn to set an intention, we recommend thanking your body as you rub the nutritious butter into your skin. start down at your toes, feet, & ankles, thanking them for staying strong as you walk, run, & play throughout your lifetime so far. slowly move up as you continue to rub the butter in, thanking & sending love to each part of your body. when we thank our physical bodies, our bodies respond & help us find the ways to access our deep soul's purpose.
