when (for scent): anytime you are looking for a grounding, earthy personal scent for the day or night. whenever you feel the need to make the space you hold stable, grounding, & balanced. recommended as a permanent alternative to toxic perfumes or room sprays that contain harmful chemicals.

when (with intention): when you are feeling drawn to set an intention, we recommend misting as directed above. then as you exhale, state out loud "I am calm. I am worthy. I am whole. I am present within myself. I ground myself with each breath I take today. With each inhale & exhale, I find my way back into the now. "
